Rag Virag Educational & Cultural Society has had its humble beginning in 2002 and has been the pioneering organization for art & culture in India.

Realizing the need for an institutional effort to narture art and culture late Shiela Siddhantkar, a poetess and sitar Maestro as founder president established Rag Virag as a centre of excellence for the study & promotion of the Kathak and other art forms.

Rag Virag is devoted to preservation, promotion & disseminating of art and universal cultural values and humanism. We firmly believe in the Vedic declaration. All workers is a family (Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam) with the aim. Rag Virag is working as Pioneer in popularizing Indian classical & folk dances all over the world.

Dances, Music & Drama are very powerful medium of communication with masses. It can be used to educate and edify. While entertaining them, these art forms could also be important tools of social change & disseminating cultural values.
